Where we ship

Setstead currently ships to addresses in the United States. International shipping is not yet available at checkout; we will only open additional countries once their live carrier rates and delivery options are ready.

Processing time

In-stock orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. If an order needs more time, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

U.S. shipping options

• Standard: $8.00, free for orders of $70.00 or more. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after shipment.
• Express: $15.00. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery times are carrier estimates and can change because of weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control. We will send tracking information when it is available.

Address changes, lost packages, and damage

Please contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has shipped, the carrier may not be able to change the address. If a package is damaged or appears lost, email guanyangzhi1@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the packaging and item.
