30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to feel confident ordering from Setstead. You may request a return for any eligible item within 30 days after delivery, for any reason.

Free returns and no restocking fee

Setstead provides return shipping at no cost for eligible returns, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email us at guanyangzhi1@gmail.com with your order number, or use our Contact page. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back so we can provide a tracked return route.

Item condition

Returned items must be unused and returned with their original packaging and included parts. Items damaged by misuse are not eligible for a satisfaction return. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Refund timing

After the return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation any time before your order has shipped. If we can cancel it before shipment, we will refund the original payment method in full.
